Our treatment begins with the extraction of any oil residues or impurities that become trapped in the pores of gel coat or painted surfaces.
We effectively eliminate the porosity, effects caused by salt water and UV ray oxidation, by preparing the areas with a very fine abrasive polish which we use as a surface preparation treatment, this process achieves a highly prepared, extra smooth surface which will help to enhance the paint's brilliance and give adherence to the after treatments.

Two step application

The next Shineyachts treatment forms a surface shield against the elements, which is formed by a two step application.
The first step uses a functional and reactive polymer combining a very strong UV stabilizer which helps maintain a better lustre and depth of colour while reducing any maintenance of the surfaces.
This first protection treatment forms a flexible film on all gel coat or hard painted surfaces by reacting with the moisture in the air.
The second step is a nanotechnology surface protective treatment.
The clay nanocomposite will achieve this by hindering the passage of water and oxygen molecules to the painted surface by providing a tortuous route.
